The department of Youth Services and Sports Kargil head office is located inside the campus of Indoor Sports Complex which is situated in the heart of city Kargil headquarter. The head office consists of two story building. Zonal Sports office is located adjacently of the head office inside the same campus. The Department organize various Tournament Inter School / Inter Zonal & State level Inter District Boys & Girls All Age Group in various Activities. Beside the Department organize CEC Cup Ice Hockey during Winter.
